We’re happy to exchange any item that hasn’t been worn, washed, or damaged, within 14 days of purchase. We’re unable to make exceptions for items outside this timeframe.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

At this time, we do not offer refunds. For any issues with your order, please email orders@judla.com within 2 days of receiving your delivery.

Orders are processed within 7 days of purchase, though most ship within 2–3 days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method, via our shipping partner. You’ll see the final cost before completing your order.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred on international shipments—these are the responsibility of the recipient.
